Breaking The Creepy AI in Police Cameras

Can't we just hire these "private data-brokers" to actively track all law enforcement and government and political agents to see what they are up to, and hold them accountable? let's just hire them first to track our local city council and mayor, and get them on video recordings with all their lovers.
